Made to Mother Milk Circle

The connection you crave. The support you deserve.
Resources to empower your breastfeeding journey.

Monthly in-person group meet ups

Gather with other mothers walking through the early weeks of postpartum and breastfeeding, just like you are. Feel connected, share wisdom, and ask questions. Sara will be there to come alongside you, provide support, and encourage you in your breastfeeding journey. Meetings are held once per month on a Saturday and last 2 hours. Located in downtown Holly Springs, NC. Membership to the Made to Mother Milk Circle includes attendance to 3 meetings, intended for you to attend monthly for your first 3 months postpartum.

Monthly live Q&A video calls

Connect virtually in between monthly meet ups with a live group Q&A video call, hosted by Sara. Send in your breastfeeding questions ahead of time or drop them in the live chat for Sara to field and answer. Held once per month on a Tuesday evening. Access throughout your breastfeeding journey, from first latch through weaning!

Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

Attend an in-person prenatal breastfeeding class with Sara during your pregnancy, held in Holly Springs, NC. If you cannot attend one of the in-person classes, you can instead opt to gain access to the Breastfeeding Foundations online course to complete on your own (although the in-person option is highly recommended!).

with Sara Wilson, PA-C, CLC

Certified Lactation Counselor, Women’s Health Physician Assistant, Mother of 3, and Owner of Made to Mother Lactation, LLC.

I know first hand how challenging breastfeeding can be and that pregnancy and postpartum is such a transformative and vulnerable time in a woman’s life.

Between my 3 girls, I have 3 years (and counting) of experience with nursing and pumping, including juggling breastfeeding and working full-time in medicine.

I have personally navigated pain with nursing, using a nipple shield, reflux and food protein intolerances, body tension and torticollis, tongue tie, and supplementation.

Through all I’ve experienced personally and my professional expertise caring for women as a PA since 2017 + supporting breastfeeding mothers as a CLC since 2021, I created the Made to Mother Milk Circle to cultivate a community to more holistically serve breastfeeding mothers like you.

"A mother's strength is not in doing it alone, but in the support system that lifts her up when she needs it most."
