We provide well woman exams for routine women’s healthcare, as well as specialized care focused on two key areas: lactation support for new and growing families and menopause care for women navigating midlife changes. For our PAs, in addition to their masters-level education and years of experience caring for patients as Physician Assistants, they have additional training in these areas. Our IBCLCs have clinical expertise in lactation care and extensive experience supporting families. Whether you’re welcoming a baby or experiencing hormonal transitions, our team provides personalized medical care, education, and support.

Yes! We accept BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, Medcost, and Tricare. Coverage varries based on your specific plan. For those without coverage by these plans, we offer straightforward self-pay rates and provide a superbill.

Both options are available. Lactation support visits are often much more comprehensive when we meet in person, although certain things like planning to return to work or weaning are easily done via telehealth. Menopause-related visits can often be done via secure telehealth with ease, but we love meeting my patients in person when they’re able or prefer to. Initial consults are highly preferred to be in-office unless there is extenuating circumstances that require a virtual consult. Follow-ups thereafter can be done virtually, based on your insurance plan.

Your first visit will be thorough. We’ll take time to understand your history, your goals, and your current challenges. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan that fits your needs and values.

Due to the rules of the North Carolina Medical Board, we can only see patients who are physically located in North Carolina at the time of their visit, which includes virtual visits.

We directly bill insurance providers as a service to you. We cannot guarantee payment. It is recommended you verify coverage and in-network status with your insurance provider, as coverage varies based on insurance plan. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage/obtain pre-approval with insurance provider prior to their visit. Patient is responsible for any balance not covered by insurance, including deductible, co-insurance, or non-covered amounts.
